For Individuals

Have you ever spent a day of your holiday worrying about work?  If so, and you want to take back control of this aspect of your life, then we need to talk!

Coaching buys you thinking time. It can help you see situations differently. I will use coaching techniques to nurture your potential and enable you to tap into the source of your inner wisdom, courage and capabilities.

One-to-one sessions are private, confidential and discrete.

After an initial FREE consultation, I usually recommend a minimum of three individual one-hour coach/mentoring sessions, designed around your specific needs.

For Organisations

There is no doubt that learners achieve more when they have an assigned coach/mentor to provide them with support, encouragement and guidance.

I have considerable experience in supporting graduates and trainees, adult (non-academic) learners, and senior executives.   I have devised sessions for both groups and individuals, using a blend of coaching and teaching to support staff through structured training for professional qualifications.

As an experienced HR Manager and Fellow of the CIPD, I also have experience of working with individuals in the context of; redundancy, return to work, and performance management.

For Groups

It’s easy to feel isolated in your thoughts. Group coaching involves guiding group conversations, to ensure that participants share their thoughts and contribute to discussions on subjects that are of interest to everyone in the group.

The group induction is an important feature of each group’s success. Each group is unique, and quickly form a bond that serves to provide peer support in addition to the coaching/mentoring.

Groups typically run with 4-6 participants.
